Minimum 1-hour price for any tasks shorter than 1 hour. Reasonably, if an issue turns out to be minor and an easy fix during remote assessment, I will just charge a flat rate of $10.
If an automated process (registry cleanup, defragmentation, system integrity check, etc.) can be launched and left running, I won’t charge you for that either of course, we will just count how much actual live work time I did.
If something is new to me and I need to figure it out first, I won't charge you for the research I do before I can assist you, I will only charge you for the time I actually execute tasks.
You don't pay anything if the problem's not solved!

Couldn’t be more satisfied with the service :) My gaming laptop was running so hot I was scared to use it for months. When I finally saved up enough money to get it repaired, I wanted the money to go directly to someone in my community, and I couldn’t have made a better decision. Idling CPU temps went from 70+C to 40C after Jad cleaned up the fans and replaced the old thermal paste with a high-end reputable brand of paste. I was also sent progress photos as Jad was working on everything, which was very helpful for my fears (I paid a lot for this laptop and was worried about its state before repair). The before and after pictures of my gunked up fans were priceless. They even opened up one of my games and showed me the temperatures while running it so I could see for myself before I came back to pick it up. Again, very glad I made the decision to request Jad’s services, highly recommend for anyone else in need! You won’t regret it.
